This Racking Cane is specifically designed to be used for siphoning beer into your "Pig" quickly and efficiently. The 5/8" rigid plastic tube extends through a white gum rubber stopper to the bottom of the fermenter and its height is easily adjusted. The hook end is connected to a clear vinyl hose with a pinch shutoff clamp. There is also a 1/4" tube in the stopper to which your Pressure Pouch Activation Pump can be connected to start the siphon in a clean and sanitary manner. Typically, a "Pig" can be filled in about a minute.
