Worth the Wait

A superb, complex beer - after being in the bottle for 2 months I couldn't wait and tried one - Joy! Big, malty, dark roasted flavors with about 14 different layers. I tried to space out the batch, and the last few bottles had aged for almost a year - I really regret opening the early bottles, since this beer truly ages like a wine and just keeps getting better - A+!!!!
