This kit pushes the limits of extract brewing. Our version of a recipe from a well known Northwestern brewpub uses plenty of malt, hops, sugar, spice, and Wyeast Belgian Abbey Yeast. It is spicy and complex. This Belgian style is slightly sweet with a faint orange hue. We used authentic Belgian malt, Candi Sugar and spices in formulating this tasty recipe.
